About

An approach that is functional, with the aim of building sustainable movement patterns, combined with the power of knowledge – the power of the why. The goal of guiding you to be the master of your own body. Of using knowledge of anatomy, movement science and experiential learning to help you reach your goals.

About Me

A life-long love of dance, and a fascination with how the body works and moves sent me down the path of learning how to help others move their bodies well.

I studied a bachelors of physiotherapy in Melbourne, Australia, and then continued to seek training to find more ways of guiding people achieve their goals with what their bodies could do, and share with them my passion for the benefits of movement.

Now in Berlin, as a Pilates Instructor and Movement Specialist, I use the Pilates method combined with contemporary knowledge to help people find their optimum health and wellbeing.

My passion for movement started with classical ballet training, modern and contemporary dance, and
then later falling in love with building connection through partnered dancing.

More recently, I’ve been diving into learning circus arts, specifically aerial hoop and handstands.

Trainings that have influenced my approach and method include: completing the Equipment Pilates Certification with APPI Australia, many workshops with the amazing Lisa Howell of The Ballet Blog, Therapeutic Yoga approaches, and Explain Pain from the NOI group.
