This workshop will help you discover new lines of connection through your body, as well as taking you through a program of exercises that you can take with you into your weekly training routine.
We focus on building balance, connection through the shoulders and working into spiral lines. This will help you build connection with your partner, and protect your shoulders to keep dancing for years.
At the end of the workshop you will be provided with a printed handout of the exercises included in the workshop for you to continue you practice at home.
